SPRAYFOAM

Polyspray 100
A state of the art rigid spray foam insulation system, producing a high density finish with excellent compressive strength and insulating properties.

The two component modified polyurethane system is mixed in a 1:1 ratio, using standard spray foam equipment.

MRi-Polytech are a leading systems house in the UK and have the benefit of BASF technology in raw materials.

Class 1 Fire Retardant Properties
The Polyspray 100 system is designated Class 1 on the surface spread of flame testing to BS476: Part 7: 1997. Class 1 certification is now mandatory for all domestic, industrial and agricultural applications.

Applications
Ideal for all thermal insulation requirements within the envelope of the building including pitched roofs, flat roofs and external cladding.
Polyspray 100 is also ideal for cold stores, storage tanks and agricultural structures.
Spray foam provides a seamless thermal barrier that is cost effective to install, controls both heat and cold effectively and a performance that lasts.

Description
A two component CFC-free system consisting of resin and isocyanate to produce polyurethane foam by means of a two component mixing machine.
Resin Component: Stored at ambient temperature it is a formulated liquid mixture with a shelf life of 3 months.
Isocyanate Component: Stored at ambient temperature it is a brown liquid grade od crude MDI (Diphenylmethane di-isocyanate).

Uses: Machine dispensing at a mix ratio of 1:1 resin to iso by volume. Mixing at ambient temperature is recommended to produce a foam with a typical core density of 40 to 48 kgm3
